Warm, cheesy, slightly spicy sliders that blend buffalo chicken dip flavors into a handheld snack.

- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Slider buns
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and mozzarella. Mix until creamy.
- Spoon the mixture onto the bottom halves of slider buns. Top with blue cheese if using, then place the top buns over.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil sliders for 1–2 minutes at the end. You can also prepare the filling in advance and bake just before serving.
