  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Celery sticks for serving
  • Blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the wings dry with paper towels and toss with salt in a large bowl.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and arrange a wire rack on top. Place the wings on the rack in a single layer.
  3. Bake the wings for 40–45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crispy (internal temperature 165°F or 74°C).
  4. While the wings bake, combine hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Transfer baked wings to a bowl and toss with the sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Notes
