- 4 large tortillas or wraps

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a layer of blue cheese or ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Add the buffalo chicken, followed by the chopped romaine lettuce and diced celery.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
