Description

Soft pretzels topped with a tangy buffalo-ranch cream cheese spread, making a craveable snack.


Ingredients

  • Soft pretzels
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pretzel package instructions. Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth.
  3. Place the pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each pretzel and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake according to the pretzel package instructions, usually 10–14 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Let them cool for a minute and serve warm.

Notes

For less sodium, choose low-sodium pretzels and ranch dressing. Freeze unbaked pretzels for later use.
