- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 8 ounces cooked steak, sliced thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic reduction (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a baking sheet, lightly brush sliced baguette with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let the bread cool slightly.
- On each toasted slice, place a piece of burrata cheese followed by thinly sliced steak.
- Season with salt and pepper and add fresh basil leaves on top.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic reduction.
