Ingredients

  • 1 Butterball turkey breast roast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • Herbs (such as thyme or rosemary, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Remove the turkey breast roast from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the turkey generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush with olive oil or melted butter.
  3. If desired, sprinkle fresh or dried herbs on top of the turkey.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
