Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Remove the turkey breast roast from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Season the turkey generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush with olive oil or melted butter.
- If desired, sprinkle fresh or dried herbs on top of the turkey.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve the turkey warm.
