- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup crab meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then mix in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add lobster and crab meat, cook for 2-3 more minutes, then toss with fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with garlic bread or a fresh side salad. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste and consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for spice.
