Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then mix in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Add lobster and crab meat, cook for 2-3 more minutes, then toss with fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with garlic bread or a fresh side salad. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste and consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for spice.
