Description

A delightful treat that captures the essence of fall in every bite, combining sweet apple chips, gooey caramel, and rich chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups apple chips
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped semi-sweet chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  4. Sprinkle the apple chips, caramel bits, and chopped nuts generously over the melted chocolate, drizzle more caramel on top, and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.
  5. Allow the bark to cool until it hardens; refrigerate for about 15 minutes for quicker results.
  6. Once set, break it into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate to prevent melting.
