Description
These Caramel Pecan Lasagna Squares are a no-bake, layered dessert with creamy chocolate pudding and a whipped cream-cream cheese filling, drizzled with caramel and topped with toasted pecans.

- 1 package of no-bake lasagna noodles
- 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups of milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer the no-bake lasagna noodles, cream cheese mixture, chocolate pudding, caramel sauce, and chopped pecans. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For best presentation, drizzle extra caramel and top with toasted pecans just before serving.
