Description

These Caramel Pecan Lasagna Squares are a no-bake, layered dessert with creamy chocolate pudding and a whipped cream-cream cheese filling, drizzled with caramel and topped with toasted pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of no-bake lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups of milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer the no-bake lasagna noodles, cream cheese mixture, chocolate pudding, caramel sauce, and chopped pecans. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best presentation, drizzle extra caramel and top with toasted pecans just before serving.
