- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Pat the beef chops dry with paper towels.
- Brush the beef chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Rub ranch dressing mix over both sides.
- Grill the chops for 5–7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare).
- During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle cheddar cheese on each chop to melt. Remove from the grill and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
