Description

Cheesecake Cookies combine the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the convenience of a cookie, delivering soft, chewy treats perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Let cool before transferring to wire racks.
