- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Sear the chicken breasts in the bacon fat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Crumble the bacon over the chicken and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
