Description

A delightful dish featuring crispy bacon, tender chicken, and melty cheddar cheese in a rich ranch dressing sauce. Perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Sear the chicken breasts in the bacon fat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and ranch dressing until smooth.
  5. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  6. Crumble the bacon over the chicken and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
