- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Seasoning (optional – black pepper, garlic powder, or smoked paprika)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and prepare ingredients.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into strips.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar down the center of each strip and add crumbled bacon.
- Fold the pastry over the filling slightly and twist each strip.
- Beat the egg and brush a thin coat over each twist.
- Place the twists in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
