- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion. Brown the meat, drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet, mix well, and transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool before serving.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses or add vegetables like spinach for extra nutrition.
