A comforting and easy-to-make cheesy beef macaroni bake, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion. Brown the meat, drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet, mix well, and transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool before serving.
