Description

Delicious and customizable breakfast tacos filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • Cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, scramble the eggs over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. If you’re adding protein, toss in cooked bacon or sausage into the skillet and heat through until warm and incorporated with the eggs.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave, just until they are soft and pliable.
  4. Divide the scrambled eggs and meat between the tortillas. Top each with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and green onions if desired. Fold the tortillas and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh eggs for fluffier scrambled eggs and experiment with different cheese types. Add veggies like peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
