- 12 jalapeños
- 1 cup cooked chili
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Bacon bits (optional)
- Fresh green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Combine the cooked chili, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Spoon the cheesy mixture into each jalapeño half, adding bacon bits on top if desired.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.
- Garnish with fresh green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
