Ingredients

- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup M&Ms or chocolate candies
- 1 cup white chocolate or candy melts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, nuts, and pretzels. Stir gently. Preheat your oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, add the butter, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the butter melts and sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the warm butter-sugar mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until coated. Spread on the baking sheet and bake at 250°F for 10–15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool slightly, then melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the mix. Sprinkle in the M&Ms while the chocolate is still tacky. Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Avoid humidity to keep the cereal crisp.
