Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini, etc.) for skewering
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating them. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Remove kebabs from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving hot.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate chicken overnight. Experiment with different vegetables for added color and taste. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
