- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, and optionally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience. Feel free to customize the cheese or add vegetables for a healthier option.
