Description

A comforting dish featuring a rich blend of chicken, pasta, and creamy sauce topped with melted cheese, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, and optionally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience. Feel free to customize the cheese or add vegetables for a healthier option.
