- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. On the wide end of each triangle, place a spoonful of the chicken mixture.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, ensuring the filling is enclosed. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
