Description

Delightful crispy wontons filled with ground chicken and paired with a spicy chili sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the filled wontons for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a separate pan, gently heat the chili sauce. Serve wontons drizzled with the chili sauce.

Notes

Ensure oil is hot before frying for extra crispiness. You can freeze uncooked wontons for later use.
