- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, carrots, and bell pepper to the pan, stirring for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and cook until wilted.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the soy and oyster sauce for 20-30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to mix in any vegetables you have on hand.
