Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, carrots, and bell pepper to the pan, stirring for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in shredded cabbage and cook until wilted.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the soy and oyster sauce for 20-30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to mix in any vegetables you have on hand.
