Description

Indulgent brownie bombs layered with sweet cookie dough and topped with melted chocolate, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required to prepare brownies: eggs, water, oil)
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven as per brownie mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions, mixing in the necessary eggs, water, and oil. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough and place them on top of the brownie batter in the dish. Flatten them slightly for better coverage.
  4. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough, covering it completely. Bake according to brownie package instructions, about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Once cooled, cut into squares and top with chocolate chips and sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Serve warm for a gooey texture or allow to cool for a fudgy experience. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
