Description

A creamy, light, and chocolatey dessert that combines pudding and marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Open the package of chocolate instant pudding and measure 2 cups of cold milk. Have your whipped topping chilled and ready. If using nuts, chop them to even pieces now.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix and milk. Whisk vigorously until smooth and there are no lumps. Let the pudding sit a minute to thicken slightly.
  3. Once the pudding has started to set, gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula until blended. Then fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips until evenly distributed. If using nuts, add them now.
  4. Transfer the fluff to a serving bowl or individual dishes. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best texture, fold gently to maintain airiness. This salad can be customized with different mix-ins like fruit or a different type of chocolate.
