- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Great with peanut butter or chocolate drizzles.
