- 2 cups pretzel rods
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Green frosting or candy melts for decorating
- Edible stars or sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth. Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Dip each pretzel rod into the melted chocolate, rotating for even coating. Use a spoon or tilted bowl to help cover hard-to-reach spots.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place the coated pretzels on the parchment paper-lined tray. While the chocolate is still wet, pipe green frosting or melted candy to decorate.
- Let the pretzels set at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes, or chill for 8–10 minutes for faster setting.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the refrigerator for longer storage. Keep away from humid areas.
