Description

Delightful chocolate-coated Rice Krispie balls, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate chips together. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add in the mini marshmallows and vanilla extract, stirring continuously until the marshmallows have fully melted and the mixture is creamy and velvety.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until every piece is coated with the chocolate-marshmallow gooeyness.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then use your hands to form small balls, about one inch in diameter. Roll the balls in sprinkles for an extra festive touch and let them set on a parchment-lined tray until firm.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
