Description

A warm, spiced cup of Christmas Coffee that brings a cozy holiday mood in minutes, blending hot brewed coffee with milk or cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 cups of coffee using your preferred method. Warm your serving mugs by rinsing them with hot water.
  2. In a small saucepan, pour 1/4 cup milk or cream and heat over medium heat until steaming but not boiling. Stir gently.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon into the warm milk. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the brewed coffee into mugs, add the warm milk mixture, and stir gently. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve warm.

Notes

For richer texture, use half-and-half or light cream. Adjust cinnamon to taste.
