Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
- Graham crackers or cookies for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
- Gradually add brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Slowly mix in flour until fully incorporated. Fold in mini chocolate chips and half of the holiday sprinkles.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and cover with remaining sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Store in the refrigerator covered for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month. Use room-temperature ingredients for best results.
