Description

A festive, no-bake cheeseball that captures the flavor of cookie dough, complete with sprinkles and chocolate chips. Perfect for holiday parties!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
  • Graham crackers or cookies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  2. Gradually add brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Slowly mix in flour until fully incorporated. Fold in mini chocolate chips and half of the holiday sprinkles.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and cover with remaining sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
