Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for cranberries)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 package of ladyfinger cookies or sponge cake, crumbled
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix the chopped cranberries with sugar and let them sit for about 30 minutes until the juice forms.
  3. Layer the bottom of your serving cups with a layer of ladyfinger cookies or crumbled sponge cake.
  4. Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture followed by a layer of the cranberry mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
