- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- Powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine granulated sugar and vegetable oil until homogeneous. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and flour. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll chilled dough into small balls, coat generously in powdered sugar, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. Let cool on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Dough can be frozen for up to three months.
