These easy, no-bake Christmas Energy Bites are chewy, slightly sweet, and infused with holiday flavors, making them a perfect snack for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients and line a small tray with parchment paper. Stir thick nut butter to make it smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, nuts/seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until sticky.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Use a tablespoon or scoop to portion and roll into 1-inch balls. Place them on the parchment and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
For a less sweet option, reduce honey/maple syrup. These bites can be customized with various mix-ins to suit flavor preferences.
