Description

Delicious no-bake chocolate-covered treats made with crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, perfect for festive celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they reach a fine crumb texture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese; mix until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen Oreo ball into the melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet and add sprinkles for decoration.
  8. Refrigerate the balls until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately or share with friends and family.

Notes

To keep melted chocolate smooth, work in batches and keep it warm. Optionally, add peppermint or nuts for a twist.
