Description

Chubby Hubby Cookies are a delectable blend of sweet and salty, featuring rich chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter chips, and crunchy pretzels.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and crushed pretzels.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
