- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
- Using a fork, prick the sweet potatoes multiple times to allow steam to escape.
- Place the pricked sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, until fork-tender.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Once the sweet potatoes are baked, cut them open lengthwise, drizzle the cinnamon butter mixture on top, add a pinch of salt, and serve warm.
Notes
Choose firm sweet potatoes for the best texture. You can prep the sweet potatoes in advance and bake them just before serving.
