Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt until combined. Add butter and vanilla; mix until crumbly.
  3. Stir in pecans and cinnamon. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet, flattening slightly.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
