Delicious bites that combine gooey cinnamon rolls and melty chocolate, topped with a sweet vanilla glaze.

- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough gently and cut it into small bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
- Dip each piece of dough into the melted butter, then roll or sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add a few chocolate chips to each coated piece.
- Shape the dough pieces into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- While the bites are warm, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl to create a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm bites and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served warm for maximum gooey texture. Can be stored at room temperature for 24 hours or refrigerated for 4 days.
