Description

Delicious bites that combine gooey cinnamon rolls and melty chocolate, topped with a sweet vanilla glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough gently and cut it into small bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Dip each piece of dough into the melted butter, then roll or sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add a few chocolate chips to each coated piece.
  4. Shape the dough pieces into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While the bites are warm, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl to create a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm bites and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served warm for maximum gooey texture. Can be stored at room temperature for 24 hours or refrigerated for 4 days.
