Description

Delightful cookies that combine the flavors of cinnamon rolls and rich cheesecake, topped with a sweet icing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  4. Drop rounded portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. For the icing, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies and enjoy!
