Ingredients
- Cinnamon rolls (store-bought or homemade)
- Ice cream (your choice of flavor)
- Butter (optional, for toasting)
- Cinnamon sugar (optional, for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Bake store-bought cinnamon rolls or prepare homemade ones, then allow to cool.
- Slice each cinnamon roll in half horizontally.
- Scoop ice cream onto the bottom half of each cinnamon roll.
- Place the top half of the cinnamon roll on the ice cream.
- Optionally, brush the outside of the sandwich with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately or freeze for a short time before serving.
Notes
Serve with a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce, or garnish with whipped cream and nuts. Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap in the freezer.
