Description

A delightful combination of warm cinnamon rolls filled with your favorite ice cream, perfect for a sweet treat or dessert.


Ingredients

  • Cinnamon rolls (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ice cream (your choice of flavor)
  • Butter (optional, for toasting)
  • Cinnamon sugar (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Bake store-bought cinnamon rolls or prepare homemade ones, then allow to cool.
  2. Slice each cinnamon roll in half horizontally.
  3. Scoop ice cream onto the bottom half of each cinnamon roll.
  4. Place the top half of the cinnamon roll on the ice cream.
  5. Optionally, brush the outside of the sandwich with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Serve immediately or freeze for a short time before serving.

Notes

Serve with a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce, or garnish with whipped cream and nuts. Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap in the freezer.
