Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until fully combined.
- Let the dough sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
