Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Let the dough sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
