Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Measure all ingredients and melt the coconut oil if it is solid. Line a tray with parchment paper or get a silicone mold ready for shaping.
  2. Mixing: In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, nut butter, melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
