Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish, trimming the excess.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the grated cheese, cooked spinach, and caramelized onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the filling mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
