Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish, trimming the excess.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the grated cheese, cooked spinach, and caramelized onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the filling mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes
