Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or cheese of choice)
  • 1/2 cup flour (or chickpea flour for gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into chips. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
