Description

A delightful twist on a classic appetizer, this Crab Rangoon Melt features rich creaminess from crab rangoon combined with a cheesy melt, making it perfect for quick dinners or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Butter for spreading
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and lay them buttered side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture onto the unbuttered sides of the bread, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
