- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter for spreading
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and lay them buttered side down on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the crab mixture onto the unbuttered sides of the bread, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
