Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken sausage, cranberries, cheddar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Roll out the puff pastry into rectangles, about 3×5 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on one end of each rectangle, fold over the pastry, and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
