Description

A delightful fusion dish that combines savory and sweet elements, featuring a crispy crust, tender chicken, creamy Brie, and a zesty cranberry topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Top with the shredded chicken and slices of Brie cheese.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and spinach over the top. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and slice to serve.

Notes

For a healthier option, try a whole wheat crust or a cauliflower crust. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
