- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with the shredded chicken and slices of Brie cheese.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and spinach over the top. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and slice to serve.
Notes
For a healthier option, try a whole wheat crust or a cauliflower crust. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
