- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup jalapeños, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, sliced jalapeños, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes until the cranberries pop and soften.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly, transfer to jars, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by removing jalapeño seeds for less heat. Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor.
