Ingredients

- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, and cut it into 3-inch squares.
- Press each puff pastry square into a mini muffin tin to create cups.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, diced jalapeños, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each pastry shell.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each tart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
