Description

Cranberry Jalapeño Dip Tarts combine sweet and tangy cranberry sauce with spicy jalapeños in flaky puff pastry, perfect for your next gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, diced
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  3. Press each puff pastry square into a mini muffin tin to create cups.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, diced jalapeños, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each pastry shell.
  6. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each tart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
