A delightful blend of tangy, spicy, and creamy flavors, this Cranberry Jalapeño Dip is perfect for gatherings and pairs beautifully with crackers or pita chips.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cranberries, jalapeño, green onions, and cilantro. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the cranberry mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a milder dip, remove the seeds from the jalapeño. This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
