- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the cranberries, jalapeño, green onions, and cilantro. Pulse until finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Gently fold the cranberry mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a milder dip, remove the seeds from the jalapeño. This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
