- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and cooked spaghetti until well coated. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
