Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken and cooked spaghetti until well coated. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
